We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at yokuboapparel@gmail.com
You must notify us about the damage within 14 days of receipt.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Time of Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
