1. No Returns or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at yokuboapparel@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 14 days of receipt.
2. No Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Please make sure you have selected the correct item(s) before finalizing your purchase.
3. Lost or Damaged Items Exception:
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen in transit, we will issue a replacement or provide a refund for the lost items. If a product is damaged you will need to contact us with proof of the defective item.
